Service Description

From the first week you are home with your newborn to 6 weeks postpartum you will have one on one weekly virtual sessions with me to help you through this journey. You don't know what you don' know! I navigate this journey with you. I took my professional experience and personal experience to create this program. You might of had the book what to expect when expecting but what about after baby has arrived? I will be there to answer questions, guide you on what to expect with you, your baby, and meet you where you are at. Many moms have questions about sleep, handling what's normal and not normal, feedings, mom guilt, and so much more. YOU deserve to be able to thrive not just survive during this time. Moms who have taken this program say they feel more confident as a mother, feel validated and heard, feel supported, and couldn't imagine going through this new chapter of their lives without this kind of support.
